Vendor/Producer Media Consent Form

Purpose:
TakeRoot Farm Stop is committed to promoting local food and the incredible producers who make it possible. With your permission, we would like to feature your business name, logo, products, and/or photographs in our marketing and communications efforts, including but not limited to social media, website, printed materials, and press releases.

Consent

I, the undersigned, hereby grant TakeRoot Farm Stop the right to use the following in its advertising, promotional materials, and public communications:

• My business name

• Photographs of my products, booth, or farm operation (supplied by me or taken by TakeRoot representatives)

• My logo or brand imagery, where applicable

I understand that:

• These materials may be used across multiple platforms, including digital (website, social media) and print (flyers, posters, brochures).

• I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these materials.

• I may revoke this consent at any time in writing, and TakeRoot Farm Stop will cease using my materials in new content moving forward (previously printed or published materials may not be recalled).

• TakeRoot Farm Stop agrees to use all images and information respectfully and in a way that promotes local producers.
